The world today seems more frenzied than ever. Self-awareness, effective communication and taking time out to ‘chill’ are essential to our wellbeing and our personal and professional relationships. On a global scale, natural disasters and intensifying competition for the world’s resources are forcing many people to rethink the way they live.
